Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

As a brand based in Bangladesh serving a global community, we ensure that every piece is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order are fixed based on your location and will be calculated
securely at checkout. Our current domestic delivery rates are as follows:
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT
Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, adverse weather conditions, or external carrier factors beyond our control.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, allowing you to monitor the journey of your premium Ohara pieces.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

Ohara is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to international orders. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and other border fees). We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific information regarding these charges.
